Freedom of the press is what I value most about the First Amendment. The press is not limited to just educating us about the current events in the United States, but the world as well. If the government were to control what the press released, our knowledge would become very limited and subjected to a great deal of bias. With so much access to information, we are constantly exposed to many different opinions, giving us the resources to see different sides of the same story. We are shown proof that the world has many great aspects, and many aspects that still need some work.
